Jelly and Cat Seeds:
Native and Pollinator Friendly
Cate’s Seed Stars
of the Season
These native plants will support butterflies, bees, moths, and other pollinators!
This native plant is a classic garden flower that attracts a large variety of pollinators. Spent flowers produce seeds that attract finches. These flowers love full sun /part shade. Will grow in a quick 1 - 2 weeks, just plant 1/8” below the surface of soil. Will grow to 2’ - 4’ inches and has wonderfully purple flower. Butterflies, bees, and moths say “Thank you!”
This yellow flower prefers well-draining soil and full sun. They will get up to 3’ tall. They spread seeds if spent flowers are left in place. To start them, simply press them into the top of soil and gently mist them. They will germinate in less than one week if you keep them damp. As sprouts, they love warm / hot conditions. The Silvery Checkerspot and Emerald Butterflies say “Thank You!”
Thank you!
